Innerbreath is a product of Innerbreath LLC.

What we do

Innerbreath LLC builds practice-management software for treatment providers — massage therapists, estheticians, and other wellness professionals — with a focus on people starting their own solo practice. Our product, Innerbreath Wellness, brings appointment booking, client management, voice-powered SOAP session notes, intake forms, and payment collection together in one place.

Where to find us

Innerbreath Wellness is available on the Apple App Store and Google Play, with a companion web dashboard for practitioners at app.innerbreath.app. Clients book and manage their appointments through their practitioner's personal booking link on this same domain.

Why we built it

New graduates leave wellness school with strong hands-on skills and no system for the business side of practice: scheduling lives in text messages, intake forms on paper, and clinical notes — the record that protects both practitioner and client — too often get skipped because writing them takes longer than the session. Innerbreath exists so a practitioner can look and feel professional from day one, with privacy-first clinical documentation built in from the ground up.

Privacy first

Clinical records are encrypted in transit and at rest, voice transcription for session notes happens on the practitioner's device, and access to records is enforced server-side. Read the full details in our Privacy Policy.
